1. Who we are
This website, utilizeproperty.com, is operated by Utilize Property Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand, Tax ID 0735568004416, with its head office at 115, 115/1-2 Moo 4, Ngio Rai, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom 73120, Thailand. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Our businesses Thai Polish Foods Factory and Taste From Poland operate their own websites, which have their own privacy notices.
2. Personal data we collect
- Information you send us — your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you email, call or message us.
- Business relationship data — contact and company details of customers, suppliers and partners, and records of our correspondence and transactions.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and date and time of access, collected automatically by our website, hosting and security services.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or biometric data) through this website. Please do not send it to us.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiries and provide information you request — contract / pre-contract steps or legitimate interest.
- To manage relationships with customers, suppliers and partners — contract and legitimate interest.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems — legitimate interest.
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations — legal obligation.
- To send business updates where you have agreed to receive them — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies and third-party services
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. Some pages load content from third parties, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies:
- Google Maps — the embedded map on our Contact page.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on this site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protection against spam and automated abuse.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you do.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary with:
- service providers who host our website and email, and provide IT and security services, acting on our instructions;
- companies within our group, where needed to handle your enquiry (for example, a wholesale request passed to Thai Polish Foods Factory);
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and
- government authorities, where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers (for example Google and Cloudflare) may process data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the PDPA, such as the provider’s data protection commitments.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 2 years after our last contact, and business and transaction records for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires (generally at least 5 years). Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data;
- ask us to restrict the use of your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
- receive your data in a commonly used electronic format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
To exercise any of these rights, email office@utilizeproperty.com. We will respond within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, a web application firewall, access controls and regular software updates. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 20 without parental consent.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its “last updated” date.
